Job Summary
Neotle Global Private Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead poultry
pharmaceutical sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in poultry pharma
sales and a stable career history, having worked at least 4-5 years continuously in a single company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the poultry pharmaceutical market.
- Build strong relationships with poultry farms, veterinary doctors, distributors, and dealers.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Develop strategic sales plans, promotional campaigns, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide input to the marketing and product teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams (if required).
- Submit timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in poultry pharmaceutical sales.
- Must have minimum 4-5 years of stable experience in the same company.
- Strong industry network and understanding of poultry health and veterinary products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Job Description
