• Build relationships through events, social platforms, and direct engagement

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve the customer journey

• Track leads, pipeline status, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For:

• 0–4+ years in business development, community outreach, or B2B/B2C sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking

• Passion for engaging with communities and building trust
