• Team Management: Lead and guide a field sales team of 15-25 members to ensure high performance and meet admission targets.

• Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations to drive enrollment and expand ORCHIDS' presence in the market.

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with preschools and tutoring centers to support enrollment goals.

• Event Planning: Organize and host events to connect with potential leads and achieve targets.

• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing reports to ensure targets are met and inform future strategies.
