About the Role
Newtech Steels Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and lead a small sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, client engagement, and market strategy, with a passion for driving business growth in the industrial and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Independently generate new business leads through Google Mapping, field visits, and detailed market research.
Identify new market segments and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.
2. Client Acquisition & Engagement
Target key stakeholders including architects, dealers, civil engineers, and plumbers to build a strong client network.
Conduct 2–3 monthly client meetings to strengthen long-term relationships and explore expansion opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive closures.
3. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and support a small team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor performance, guide field activities, and ensure smooth management of the active sales pipeline.
4. Market Intelligence
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Use insights to refine sales strategies, introduce improvements, and identify new business opportunities.
