*Team Leader – Merchant Onboarding*

सैलरी:

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 प्रति माह

+ Performance Incentives (₹15,000 तक)

जॉब रोल:

Team Leader का मुख्य कार्य Merchant Onboarding टीम का नेतृत्व करना, टीम के प्रदर्शन की निगरानी करना और कंपनी के निर्धारित ऑनबोर्डिंग एवं सेल्स टारगेट पूरे कराना है।

मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

कम से कम 15 या उससे अधिक Onboarding Executives की टीम होना अनिवार्य है।

टीम की भर्ती, प्रशिक्षण (Training) और दैनिक कार्यों का मार्गदर्शन करना।

टीम के दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक टारगेट पूरे कराना।

नए दुकानदारों (Merchants) का ऑनबोर्डिंग सुनिश्चित करना।

QR Code, POS Machine एवं अन्य डिजिटल पेमेंट सेवाओं के प्रचार और एक्टिवेशन की निगरानी करना।

Field Executives की Daily Performance और Productivity पर नज़र रखना।

टीम की समस्याओं का समाधान करना तथा उन्हें मोटिवेट करना।

कंपनी की नीतियों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

दैनिक रिपोर्ट तैयार कर Reporting Manager को भेजना।

Merchant Quality, KYC और Documentation की शुद्धता सुनिश्चित करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता एवं कौशल:

न्यूनतम स्नातक (Graduate)।

Sales, Merchant Onboarding या Field Sales में Team Handling का अनुभव।

15+ Executives की टीम संभालने का अनुभव अनिवार्य।

Leadership, Communication और Team Management Skills।

Target Achiever एवं Field Work का अनुभव।

MS Excel और Android Smartphone का बेसिक ज्ञान।

वेतन एवं लाभ:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,,000 प्रति माह
