Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment:
Develop new sources for hiring agents and build a team of qualified individuals.
Product Knowledge:
Ensure agents have a thorough understanding of Max Life Insurance products and training methods.
Field Demonstrations (FODs):
Conduct field demonstrations and provide guidance to agents.
Agent Management:
Work closely with agents on planning, reviewing their activities, and setting goals.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan targets.
Product Mix:
Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio is maintained and business norms are adhered to.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, adhering to Max Life Insurance standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Hold regular customer meetings to understand their needs and product requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate and Good experience in sales.
