Business Development Manager

• Identify and acquire new clients for life/general insurance products.

• Build and manage a team of sales professionals or advisors (as per channel).

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and team efforts.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with internal departments for policy issuance, claims, and customer servicing.

• Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to the sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.

• Track business performance through reports and MIS updates.
