Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment and Management: Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a team of agents.

• Training and Development: Ensure product knowledge among agents through Max Life Insurance's training programs.

• Field Support: Conduct Field Demonstration (FODs) and provide guidance to agents in the field.

• Performance Management: Work closely with agents to plan and review their activities and goals.

• Business Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans, ensuring the company's product mix and adhering to business norms.

• Customer Focus: Ensure customer queries are addressed satisfactorily, adhering to Max Life Insurance standards.

• Customer Relationship Management: Hold periodical customer meetings to understand customer needs and preferences. 

• An Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) at Max Life Insurance is responsible for building and managing a team of agents, ensuring product knowledge, and achieving business goals. They focus on agent recruitment, training, and motivation, while also providing support and guidance to agents in the field. The AADM also plays a role in customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
