About the Role

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Executives / Partner Acquisition Executives for our fast-growing AI-powered platform. The role focuses on partner onboarding, field sales meetings, and territory expansion.

Candidates with experience in Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding, Channel Sales, B2B Acquisition, SaaS, Fintech, or EdTech Sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard partners/merchants in the assigned territory

  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product pitching

  • Close onboarding deals and achieve monthly targets

  • Perform market mapping and track competitor activity

  • Submit daily reports and maintain follow-ups

  • Build long-term relationships with partners

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Field Sales / Partner Acquisition / Merchant Onboarding / B2B Sales

  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and comfortable with field work

  • Basic smartphone/reporting knowledge required
