JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive Asst.Manager-Business Development (BDM) to join Lsquare Eco
Products Pvt. Ltd. The BDM will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster relationships
with clients, and contribute to the company's growth in the eco-friendly packaging sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal
skills.

Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities with both existing
clients and potential new clients
Expand the company's market reach.
Lead Generation Prospect and develop new business leads through networking, industry
events, and other channels.
Sales Plan
Implementation
Design and execute new sales plans.
Market Analysis Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to
identify potential areas for growth.
Presentation and
Proposals
Work closely with the sales, operation, and production teams to ensure that
customer requirements are met effectively.
Documentation
and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and prepare
regular reports for management review.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business,
Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in
business development or sales.
Familiarity with the packaging industry and
market trends is a plus.
Excellent in local industry connections.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in CRM or similar platforms.
Proven experience in business development,
sales, or marketing, ideally within the
packaging or related industry.
In-depth understanding of sales and
marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative
problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer
service capabilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and report
writing.
Ability to manage time effectively and plan

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of the packaging market is a plus.
Fluency in English with additional language skills is advantageous.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Should be confident to take up an individual contributor role with shared
team support.
