Business Development Manager School ERP Sales

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Managers with experience in selling School ERP, School Management Software, EdTech, or SaaS solutions.
This is a field sales role focused on acquiring new schools and educational institutions for our School ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads from schools and educational institutions.
Meet Principals, Correspondents, Management, and Decision Makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
Required Skills
2–6 years of B2B sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in School ERP, EdTech, or Software Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territories.
Experience in handling field sales activities.
Preferred
Existing network in schools and educational institutions.
Experience selling School Management Software or ERP solutions.
