Key Responsibilities
Agency Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents and partners to grow market reach.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, achieve targets, and increase profitability through the agency channel.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential agency partners.
Performance Management: Monitor agent/partner performance, provide support, and conduct regular reviews to improve results.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, company standards, and regulatory norms (e.g., IRDAI in India).
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on business performance and partner activities.
