The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of KEG HR Services by acquiring new clients, managing telecalling & field lead conversion, and building long-term relationships with employers.
This is a revenue-focused leadership role with authority to plan strategies, close deals, and expand KEG HR’s market presence.
Generate new business leads through:
Telecalling team
Field visits
References & networking
Conduct client meetings & presentations
Close deals for:
EPF / ESI Compliance
Payroll & Labour Law Compliance
Factory / Shops Act Licenses
Statutory & HR Advisory Services
Monitor telecallers’ performance
Improve appointment-to-conversion ratio
Set daily / weekly targets
Train telecallers on service pitching
Understand employer pain points
Offer suitable compliance solutions
Maintain client satisfaction & retention
Upsell additional KEG HR services
Weekly lead & revenue reporting
Market analysis & competitor tracking
Strategy planning for client acquisition
Minimum 20–30 client meetings per month
8–15 new client conversions per month
Improve lead quality & closing percentage
Support company target of 500+ active clients
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
₹100 per confirmed appointment generated
5% – 10% commission on every new client billing
Monthly & quarterly performance bonus
