We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and client acquisition for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong channel partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial real estate
Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Negotiate and close high-value property deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and customers
Develop marketing and sales strategies to achieve targets
Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth documentation
Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Target-driven and market-focused
Good network with brokers and channel partners preferred
