Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify and onboard potential insurance agents (e.g., housewives, retired professionals, or businessmen) to build a strong team.
Training & Coaching: Educate agents on life insurance products, sales techniques, and IRDAI regulations.
Sales Leadership: Motivate the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
Field Support: Conduct joint sales calls with agents to help them close high-value deals and handle customer objections.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the activity and productivity of agents to ensure consistent business flow.
