Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research market trends, identify potential clients, and develop strategic plans to acquire new business.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and recommend tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback on market trends.
- Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Create and present business proposals and reports to prospective clients.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track progress towards financial targets and ensure successful deal closure.
- Stay Updated with Market Trends: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and industry insights. ¹ ²
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and candidate must be Exp in 5 year. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
