Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors
• Guide, motivate, and support advisors in business development activities
• Build and manage a productive advisor network
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support
• Help advisors understand products and digital platforms
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for advisors
• Build long-term relationships with customers and advisors
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with relationship-building ability
