✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents).

• Drive business through the team and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Motivate, train, and retain advisors.

• Conduct regular meetings with agents and provide product training.

• Generate leads and close deals through advisors.

• Ensure compliance and documentation for new business and renewals.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduation (minimum); MBA preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2–7 years in sales (Life Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma preferred).

• Skills: Team management, sales planning, communication skills.

• Age: 24–38 years preferred.
