Responsibilities:
Generate new business through lead generation, references, networking, and market visits.
Identify potential customers and understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
Promote and sell suitable Life Insurance products to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into successful business.
Develop the assigned market/territory and identify new business opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisory/Business Associates, where applicable.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and daily activity reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / BFSI preferred.
Life Insurance experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and business-oriented approach.
