
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand business opportunities, build strong advisor networks, and drive growth in the Life Insurance segment.
Responsibilities:
Hire, Train, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents
Generate business through advisors and personal network
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
Conduct field sales and joint calls with advisors
Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
Ensure policy issuance and documentation process is completed smoothly
Provide after-sales service and resolve client queries
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
Implement company sales strategies in the assigned territory
Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
experience in Any Sales /Life Insurance / BFSI / Field Word
Strong leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
Good understanding of local market dynamics
