💰 Salary Structure (Approx)
CTC: ₹4.25 LPA
Fixed: ~₹2.5–4.25 LPA
Variable / Incentives: Performance based (no upper limit)
👉 Achha perform kiya toh 5–6 LPA+ bhi ho sakta hai
🎓 Eligibility
Graduation mandatory (any stream)
Experience:
1–3 years (Sales / BFSI / Insurance preferred)
Age: Usually up to 35 years
