• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.

• Build and manage a productive Agency Channel team.

• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.

• Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.

• Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.

• Conduct field activities and joint sales calls.
