
The Business Development Manager (BDM) – Agency Channel is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors, driving life insurance sales, and expanding the agency network for HDFC Life.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors / Agents
Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets
Drive life insurance business through the agency channel
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration
Ensure product training, joint field work, and performance tracking
Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
Achieve monthly & annual business targets
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
