Business Development Manager

• Process Improvement and Innovation:

  Working closely with other departments (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to align strategies and achieve business goals. 

• Leadership and Mentorship:

  Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
