We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21,500 - ₹24,500 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
Conduct field visits, cold calling, and client presentations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients for retention and referrals.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and required documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
