Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing high-value property deals. This role involves fieldwork, client meetings, and strategic market analysis to achieve sales targets in Noida's competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property site visits and present offerings to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals for residential and commercial properties. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders..
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market trend analyses. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns Stay updated on Noida's real estate trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
