The Role
We are looking for a high-calibre Business Development Manager who understands how architects think, how premium products are specified and how long-term projects are converted.
This is a field-facing, relationship-driven, target-oriented role with strong growth potential.
What You Will Do
· Build and grow relationships with:
o Architects & Interior Designers
o Developers & Project Consultants
o Purchase teams, Chief Engineers & Maintenance heads
· Drive specifications and conversions for premium architectural surface solutions
· Actively engage across project segments:
Corporate | Hospitality | Education | Healthcare | Retail | Residential | Infrastructure
· Conduct design-led product presentations and solution discussions
· Track leads, opportunities and follow-ups using CRM tools
· Coordinate internally for proposals, sampling, mock-ups and execution support
· Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Enjoys meeting people, building influence and closing projects
· Understands the architect–designer–client ecosystem
· Is comfortable selling premium, value-driven products (not price-led selling)
· Wants to grow into a senior business / key-account role
Experience & Background
Exposure to products such as:
Surfaces, Wall finishes, Panels, Flooring, Ceilings, Facades, Films, Lighting, or allied categories
Skills That Matter
· Strong communication and client-handling skills
· Confidence in presenting to architects and senior stakeholders
· Commercial awareness and negotiation ability
· Self-driven, disciplined and target-focused
· Good time management and follow-through
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
· Own two-wheeler or car is mandatory
