As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility is to recruit Associate Members from your nearby area and build a strong team.
You will be responsible for guiding, managing, and motivating your team to achieve the targets assigned by the company.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
