Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
