Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) – FinanceKaart

Location: Lucknow
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: 1+ Years | BFSI / Banking / FinTech preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and qualified leads for financial products.

  • Drive Business Loan, Personal Loan, LAP and other financial product sales.

  • Build and manage relationships with customers, DSAs, advisors, connectors and business partners.

  • Develop new market opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Follow up on leads and loan cases until closure.

  • Achieve assigned monthly business and revenue targets.

  • Maintain CRM/MIS and submit regular sales reports.

Strong communication, sales ability, relationship-building skills, target orientation, ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
