Job Description

1.Objective:

To achieve the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and create the highest return for

both Unite Core Pvt Ltd and the OEM.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Large, Medium, Large Enterprise

clients to build new business sales funnel and successful deal closure for the company. This candidate

will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when

making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

2. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive

customer ratings

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

• Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue

• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

• Track all business-related invoices

• Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

• Build long term relationship with new and existing customers

• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions

• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients

• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders

• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople

• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines

• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or

services

• Contribute to developing a compelling solution and competitive pricing through the

various stages of the opportunity

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Prepare Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Plan

• To execute product leadership, it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales

processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions

can be recommended where necessary.

• Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data to ensure

that F5 techno meets its OEM commitments and fully leverages all commercial

opportunities for rebates and other OEM investment initiatives.

• Provision of various reports for commercial decision-making purposes.

• Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at

optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship

with

• the Sales Director.

• Additional Work and Knowledge on Solutions:

• Backup and Disaster Recovery

• Cyber Security: DNS, Email Security, WAF, Firewall, PIM/PAM, SSL VPN, NAC, SIEM, DRM, SS

• Network Monitoring, Asset Monitoring, Log Monitoring

• Service Desk
