Job Description:-
BDMs need to thoroughly understand the goals, challenges, and priorities of patrons/clients. This involves active listening, asking relevant questions, and conducting research to gain insights.
Communication and Collaboration: BDM serves as the main point of contact between the business and its patrons/clients. They facilitate effective communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure that all parties are aligned on objectives and expectations.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships is essential for a BDM. This involves cultivating trust, demonstrating expertise, and consistently delivering value to clients or stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: BDMs often participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. They may provide insights based on their understanding of client needs and market trends.
Problem Solving: BDMs are responsible for resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a business relationship. This requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
Client Advocacy: BDMs advocate for the needs and interests of their clients within the business organization. They work closely with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that products or services are delivered effectively.
Performance Monitoring: BDMs track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business relationships. Analyze data, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
Generate qualified business leads from patrons say : AR/ID/ER/CT to ensure business development.
Ensure timely review of lead conversion and extend any support if required.
To ensure increase in mapped portfolio and on boarding of new AR/ID/ER/CT as patrons.
