Area Development Manager Job Description COMPANY PROFILE : ERAAG FRAGRANCES PRIVATE LIMITED. is a Noida, Uttar Pradesh based leading manufacturer, marketer & exporter of perfumery, body care & skin care products like:- Many Kind of Perfumes, Shower Gel, Body Wash, Face Wash and scrubs etc. With the famous Registered Brand Name “ERAAG” having a registered office in Noida (Uttar Pradesh). You will be on probation period for 1 month, where you will have to appoint one distributors in one month for your given district, each distributor with the investment of Rs 5 Lakh, Distributors can be appointed in areas that have been allocated to you. For our distributorship, the Distributor has to pay Rs.5 Lakh as an Investment for 1 Year which is refundable as well as we will give him 4% interest annually. Distributor can purchase material up to Rs 5 Lakh as per credit limit criteria of the company and the Company will provide a credit limit of up to 15 days to the distributor of purchased material as per bill value. Promotional activities will be taking place across the market to promote the selling process and to enhance products demand like Social Media Advertising, Social Media Ad’s, Retailers Flex board & TV Advertising etc. Kindly take a note your salary will remain to be on hold till the appointment of the distributors In case of not the appointment of distributors in one month then as T.A & D.A for your probation period, the company will reimburse a fixed sum of Rs 5,000 + 1% Incentive Above The Target. Need to handle channel Sales i.e. Primary Sales & Secondary Sales & Promotion. Need to maintain our dealer distribution network. Increase Sales & Sales Promotions Activity’s. Promotional activities through Distributors – Retails Shop Counter Display etc. You are responsible to handle the primary sales & re-orders of allocated areas. Achieve the target, it’s mandatory. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance in written format.
