Position : Relationship Manager (Direct Channel )

Location : Kanpur, Lucknow, Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi (Preet Vihar, Janakpuri & Kirti Nagar), Pune, Bhopal, Vadodara, Ahmedabad.

Salary : 20000 - 33000 Per Month( Plus Incentives)( Salary Depends on the Experience of the Candidate) CTC upto 4 lpa to 4.5 lpa only if the candidate is having Life Insurance Sales Experience.

Experience : 1 To 5 Years

Age Criteria : Above 25 Years To 38 Years.

Requirements: The Candidate Must Have Experience Into Field Sales. ( Life Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales)

Should Have Good Sales And Marketing Skills.

Must Have Good Contact Base And Good Communication Skills.

Must Be Confident.

Must Be A Localite.

Job Purpose:

· To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company.

Key Responsibilities

To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated
To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
