We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Ugra Creation Interior Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building strong client relationships, handling qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers.
A Pre-Sales Executive will arrange and provide the first client meeting. After the first meeting, the client will be handed over to the BDM, who will be responsible for managing the client journey from requirement understanding to final conversion.

Handle clients after the first meeting arranged by the pre-sales team
Understand client requirements for interior design projects
Present design solutions, proposals, and pricing to clients
Convince and negotiate with clients to close deals
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth handover
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client data and sales reports
Provide regular updates and feedback to management
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (BBA / MBA preferred)
Experience: 1–5 years in sales, business development, or interior industry (preferred)
Proven convincing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals
Comfortable with site visits and client meetings
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email communication)
Strong convincing and persuasion skills
