Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build key customer relationships, and drive revenue by developing and closing new business deals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of market trends, a strategic mindset, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending face to face meetings

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and propose relevant products or services.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Negotiation & Closing:

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for product development and improvement.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status
