Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Present and sell Digital Das’s digital marketing products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
