· A Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales leads , building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some of their responsibilities include:
· Recruiting leads: Identifying leads from market and following up on leads
· Preparing proposals and quotations: Assisting in preparing proposals and quotations based on the client's needs
· Working with interior designers: Working with in-house interior designers to ensure client expectations are met
· Handling client queries and complaints: Handling and resolving client queries and complaints
· Candidates preferred experience from corporate office interior / furniture background
Training will be provided initially on the product and process.
