We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our school.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new student admission leads through field marketing and local outreach.
Develop relationships with parents, local communities, and referral partners.
Plan and execute admission campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct field visits and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Manage and guide the admission/marketing team.
Achieve monthly admission and lead-generation targets.
Maintain daily follow-up and lead reports.
Identify new areas and opportunities for school admissions.
Coordinate with the school management and administration.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have experience in sales, marketing, business development or education admissions.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and meeting parents.
Target-oriented and capable of handling a team.
Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in school admission/education marketing will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
