Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Safety Shoes and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) segment. The role involves channel partner development, direct sales, and strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, including distributors and retailers.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients.
• Promote Safety Shoes and PPE products through partner networks and direct sales efforts.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing sales support to channel partners.
• Manage direct sales to projects, industries, and corporate clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the Safety Shoes/PPE industry 5 years.
• Strong understanding of channel partner management and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
