We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Credfico Consultancy Private Limited. Key Responsibilities

Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, field visits, and door-to-door visits
Generate new leads through networking, references, and field activities
Visit potential clients (businesses & housing societies) and present company services
Build strong customer relationships and consistently meet sales targets
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results
Follow up regularly on leads and maximize conversion opportunities
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly
Maintain and grow the client database effectively

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Sales / Business Development preferred)
Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer use and ability to utilize technology effectively
Sales-driven mindset with willingness to travel and meet clients
