Business Development Manager (BDM) – Franchise / Experience Centre In-Charge

Location: Meerut

Reporting To: Senior Management

Qualification:

• MBA or Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Material / Construction Industry

Age Limit:

• 24 to 30 years

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the building material or construction industry

• Preferably a local candidate from Meerut with strong market connections

• Good network with architects, contractors, influencers, and channel partners

• Strong understanding of construction products, project cycles, and procurement processes

• Proven ability in territory sales and team handling

• Persuasive, target-driven, and result-oriented professional

Key Roles & Responsibilities (JD & KRA):

• Drive territory sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities

• Manage and oversee Franchise / Experience Centre operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and influencers

• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the sales team

• Provide product training and sales coaching to team members

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide strategic inputs

• Ensure effective use of CRM and digital sales tools for reporting and tracking

• Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) for smooth execution

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
