Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development

Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for

driving sales growth. This role involves a combination of sales activities and

customer support responsibilities to ensure seamless experience for our

clients.

Roles & Responsibility

• Provide applications and product support to customers as well as the sales

and service teams.

• Take appropriate steps to bring any open support cases to

resolution in a timely manner.

• Perform additional functions as requested by

management/reporting manager and outlined in the “Roles and

Responsibilities” documents.

• Sources of communication from the customers are email

and phone, it is a semi-voice process.

Skills & Ability

 Proven track record of success in sales or customer support roles.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

 Experience in B2B sales.

 Knowledge of industry trends.

 Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
