2.Develop and execute sales strategies to grow freight forwarding business (Air, Ocean, Road, and Multimodal).

3. Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and market research.

4. Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and retention.

5. Prepare and negotiate freight quotations, tenders, and contracts.

6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Customer & Relationship Management

7.Build long-term relationships with shippers, consignees, and partners.

8.Understand customer logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.

9.Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

10.Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
