Business Development Manager - Solar Business Job description: Roles and Responsibilities: • Generating business leads, prospecting, follow-up and closing the deals for solar power projects. • Contact prospective customers to determine their solar energy and equipment needs, evaluate and recommend systems, estimate cost benefits, provide written summarize and follow-up with clients. • Work for corporation to contribute new ideas for growth of company. • Develop a network of contracts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and overseas growth projects, making sales projection and forecasting revenue in line with projected income. • Identify new ventures, opportunities and leads for the company. • Emphasis on increasing a company’s revenue by acquiring new clients or identifying new market for business growth. • Monitor market movements to identify sales trends and new business opportunities. • Drive profitable growth of the customer base through innovative energy solutions. This includes identifying, sourcing, evaluating, creating and delivering business opportunities that deliver value to EPC Solar Energy. • Understanding of industry trends alongside the nous to leverage it into actionable business strategies. • Responsible for improving a company’s market position and maximizing it financial growth. • Competency in MS Office applications with high standards of presentation skills. • Excellent communication skills with matching. • Participate along with Business Development team in customer discussions / negotiations for technical aspects • Guide the Business Development team in preparation of technical Roadmap for transitioning to Projects Team from Order to Execution Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor of Engineering Degree • 6 Months to 3 years of Years related experience in Business Development of Solar Business • Experience in large scale Solar Projects.
