As a Business Development Manager at Balaji Samriddhi Associates, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships in the real estate sector. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Identify and develop new clients, investors, and channel partners for real estate projects.
Promote company projects (residential, commercial, or plotted developments) to prospective buyers.
Organize and conduct site visits, explain project features, and address client queries.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and corporate clients.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure proper documentation of agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing to provide market insights.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
