Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilites:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, investors, and property
acquisitions.
Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our real estate services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, zoning regulations, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2+ years of proven experience in business development sales, candidate should not have experience
in Real Estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
