Job Summary:

Arihant Global Services is looking for a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive on-ground growth for our Digital Marketing and CPaaS solutions such as Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Campaigns, RCS Messaging, and Voice Calling Services.
This role focuses on direct client interaction, local market outreach, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach potential clients.

• Promote Arihant Global’s Digital Marketing and CPaaS service offerings.

• Generate business leads via cold visits, references, and local networking.

• Present service proposals and explain benefits to business owners.

• Coordinate demos and onboarding with internal teams.

• Follow up with prospects and close deals within timelines.

• Achieve assigned monthly revenue and acquisition targets.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and closures.

• Build long-term client relationships and upsell services when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable with outdoor sales and travel.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or messaging solutions.

• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in digital agency, telecom, SaaS, or IT services sales.

• Local Jaipur market knowledge.

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Ability to explain digital services in simple, practical terms.
