Job Title: Assistant Business Development Manager – Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
2. Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and upselling services.
3. Negotiation & Contract Management:
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track sales activities and report performance against targets.
5. Collaboration:
Work with operations and marketing teams to execute contracts and create sales materials.
Key Requirements:
• Proven 2.6 -5 years’ experience in BDM / sales.
• Strong understanding of logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Logistics or last-mile delivery.
