2. Solution Selling Providing integrated/valued added solutions.
3. Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation Skills Persuasively sells products, services and solutions.
4. Sales & Order Execution: Ensures quality implementation of the sales & order execution process.
5. Customer Interation - Meets all existing customers as per plan to ascertain and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Customer Focus Takes decision balancing organization goals and customer expectations.

Industry: uPVC Windows, Automobile, Engineering (Aluminium door and windows), Manufacturing, Production

Education: Graduates: DIPLOMA/ B.Tech ( Civil/Mechanical)/ Science Graduate preferably MBA
